I had a small issue with my order and, i was a bit annoyed at first. It took customer service a little longer to get back to me than I would’ve liked, so I can’t quite give 5 stars. But to be fair, once they responded, they were polite and actually sorted the problem out, which is the right way to handle things. Mistakes happen, but owning them matters. I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered from Couverture & The Garbstore and expected the updates to be a bit smoother. They did get back to me, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but I found myself waiting longer than I thought I would and the info wasn’t always super clear. I ordered from Couverture & The Garbstore the clothes themselves were lovely. Everything arrived in good condition and the packaging was fine, so I can’t really complain about the actual items.
The annoying part was the customs and duties. I ended up having to pay extra when the parcel arrived, and it made the whole order cost more than I expected. Maybe the info was somewhere on the site, but it didn’t feel clear, and I kind of felt ignored when trying to figure it out. I’d maybe shop there again, but only after double-checking all the fees first

The exchange process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It took forever, and I still haven’t gotten a clear update. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way, better communication would really help.

I’m usually skeptical when companies make international shipping sound super smooth, because half the time it’s just nice wording. But my order showed up overseas faster than I expected, so I’ve got to give them credit for that.

I ordered two pieces and had kind of a mixed experience. One fit really nicely, but the other was tighter than I expected, so that was a bit of a surprise. The quality seems nice enough overall, I’d just definitely pay close attention to the sizing before ordering...

I waited days just to get a reply from support, and when they finally got back to me, it wasn’t even that helpful. The response kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped, which was frustrating.

Some of the fabrics are really soft and feel good on, which I liked right away. But then one of the tops was way thinner than I thought it would be, especially for the price. So I don’t know, it’s not bad, just a little mixed. I’d probably order again, but only if I could get a better idea of the fabric first.

My order showed up quickly and right when it was supposed to. No problems at all, no problems, just an easy delivery experience.

The photos look clean and give you a good idea of what you're getting, so that's a plus. But... I do wish a few items had more angles or closer detail shots! Sometimes the colors are a little hard to judge too. Overall, not bad, just could be more helpful.

I stopped by after seeing a few pieces online that looked really nice, the store itself was tidy and well put together. But the whole time I kept thinking, am I supposed to actually browse here or just quietly admire things from a safe distance? It was so quiet and polished that it felt a little uncomfortable, like touching anything would be a problem.
The staff weren’t rude or anything, which I do want to be fair about, but they also didn’t give off much warmth. For the prices, I guess I expected the experience to feel a bit more welcoming. I ended up leaving quickly because I just didn’t feel relaxed enough to keep looking around.

I used PayPal at checkout and it worked just like you’d expect. Nothing confusing or overcomplicated, which is really all you need when you’re trying to pay and move on...

I thought the site looked really clean and was easy to browse around. The way the clothes are styled feels about right, cool, modern, and not too overdone.

I’ve really enjoyed browsing the brands here. They have a nice mix of familiar favourites and a few labels I don’t usually come across, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s easy to look around, and it genuinely feels like they’ve taken the time to choose quality stuff. Really appreciate that.

I picked up a couple of things during the sale and the prices were okay, but not exactly wow. There was something about it that just felt a bit underwhelming, especially since some of the sizes were already sold out. Checkout was easy enough though, and my order arrived in good condition. I’d probably shop again if the discounts were a bit better next time.

Popped in last weekend for a browse and had a really nice mooch around. The staff were super friendly without hovering, which I reeeally appreciated. They had loads of lovely clothes and cute home bits, though a few things did feel a little on the pricey side. I still ended up finding a gorgeous jumper, and checkout was nice and easy. I’d deffo go back.

I thought the refund was going to take way longer, but it showed up quickly. I was kind of checking my account here and there, and then it was just there. So yeah, that was a nice surprise.

They do have some nice brands, which I appreciated, but the selection felt a lot more limited than I expected. It was made to sound like there would be plenty of options, but once I started looking around, there just wasn’t that much to choose from.

Stock was decent. Usually has my size, which is always a plus. Quick and easy...
